All online transactions are secure with Paypal payments.

PayPal which uses a SSL (secure sockets layer) secure server is one of  the most secure online payment method available today. If you would rather not purchase online, please send an email with the item number of the piece you desire to arrange for other methods of payment.

All information submitted by customers is kept strictly confidential
and never shared with any other companies or organizations.

Tax

All New York State Residents must add  8.375% sales tax.

Shipping

Your order will be processed once payment is received and will be shipped to you
within 1 week. Each piece is made to order. All orders will be shipped via
US Postal Service Priority Mail. You will be notified via email once item(s) have been shipped. 
In case of any delay you will be notified immediately.

Returns 

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) within 14 Days
from date shipped, for a prompt & courteous refund. Please contact us via email at myoshi@myoshi.biz to obtain return authorization  (no exchange or refund will be
obtained without  authorization). For your protection, please send all returns via insured USPostal
Service. Your refund will be issued upon receipt of item (return shipping not reimbursed)
A copy of the original invoice must accompany all returns.
